Built up through individual activity.
Helps individuals get elected easier.
Contributes to Party Modifiers.
Some individual modifiers are shown through Polls.
Party Modifiers

These modifiers are gained through many means, and can be gained by members in parliament or not in parliament so stay active if you want to get into parliament. Here are ways you can gain mods:

Receiving Endorsements from Parties or Independents. (This is only temporary during the campaign)
Parliament:

Debating on Motions, Matters of Public Importance and Legislation.
When Legislation you introduce receives Presidential Assent or Motions get passed.*
Asking Questions to Ministers during Questions with Notice.

Press & Miscellaneous:
Creating Press Articles in favor of you/your party or against the you/your party's opposition.
Being an Independent in a campaign. (10% bonus only applies during elections, as Independents don't have party mods)
Note: Any of the methods that have '*' on the end mean that they can only be done by people in parliament.
You can lose or miss modifiers by:
Being inactive/getting kicked from parliament for inactivity.
Resigning your seat.
Copying/Plagiarizing campaign content
Using Artificial Intelligence to create campaign content.
The Moderators grade content on how good quality it is. Some tips for certain types of content:
For Speeches and Debates, having a higher word count (As long as it isn't repetitive) and an edited image really helps you out with your speech. Make the speech good quality, and have sources in it.
For Posters, edit it a lot and make it look appealing and show a message. This is a higher quality.
For Press, make sure to make the praise of your party/allies subtle, but same rules apply as with speeches and debates.
